WHERE ARE THE HARVESTERS?

Kingdom greeting you in the name of Yeshua who is the light and our salvation, today i hope you are doing well and the name of the Lord is glorified , praise God for that. Today in the heart of man I will write to you on the topic WHERE ARE THE HARVESTERS? I pray God opens your mind to see the truth about this topic and also may the spirit of God open your heart to truth so you can live by his truth and operate on that same truth. We all are very familiar with this bible verse from our Lord and Saviour yeshua that says in the book of Matthew 9:35-38. Jesus having seen the crowd had compassion on them because they were harassed and helpless like sheep without shepherd on seeing all this he said to his disciples that the harvest is plenty but the labourers are few that they should pray that the Lord of the harvest should send labourers into his harvest, Now that you have read through the book of Matthew 9:35-38 let me go straight to the point to some of the reasons why the labourers are few and have refused to even go into the field. In many churches all over the world there is a gap in between the congregation and leaders some of this gap are caused by the spirit of envy and jealousy in the sense the church has become so worldly and has mostly lost 85-90% of why it is a church simply because other worldly influenceS mostly the influence of self and I has taken over, the teachings of Yeshua has been twatted by the teaching of men and its religious setup. Religious leaders no longer have compassion for souls but their compassion for any person is tied to money. In some places of worship when the leaders see a person growing in the Lord and they know that God is about to use that person they become angry as a result of jealousy This attitude which is so prevalent in the churches of today has discouraged many genuine labourers whose interest is in advancing God's kingdom. So you ask where are the harvesters ? the harvesters are being discourage by same people God has put in front to encourage them. Take the life of yeshua for an example his compassion for the the prompt him into saying the harvest are plenty but the labourers are few, where is your compassion for those outside the will of God? Where is your compassion for the lost? What are you doing to become a labourer? Mark 15:16 Go into the world and preach the gospel to all creation. This is a command from yeshua telling his followers to go into the world and do what he has instructed. If Yeshua himself has instructed and any minister is trying to discourage you by words or deeds, listen leave that church they are not for God the truth is Yeshua's instruction are the ultimate guide for any true believer don't allow people to derail you from being a labourer and bringing people to God the days are few we must do what God wants us to do. 1 Timothy 5:18 -For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” and, “The laborer is worthy of his wages.” the labourer is worthy of his reward, this verse is very explicit in what it is saying in the context those who labour for God's kingdom will be rewarded. you must not forget the rewards come in twofold both from men and from God. Have you been called to labour for souls? is that where God is leading you? if yes, go ahead and do it and be bold in it, let no one tell you it is not your calling for this calling is for every true child of God we all must labour for souls and bring them into God's kingdom To remind us of this calling to go out and preach the gospel to labour in the field for soul winning, jesus gave some very vital instruction which you should follow too 1: Wait for the Holy Spirit 2: Make disciples 3:Spread the Gospel 4: live by Faith Remember your work is incomplete without labouring to advance God's kingdom and in anything always remember God comes first above anything else, like i always say i love you but God love's you more.
